Deployment Windows
Enterprise Knowledge follows a predictable release cadence. Understanding these windows helps you plan upgrades and communicate changes to your team.
Cloud deployments
Cloud tenants receive updates automatically within the following windows:

Cloud deployments are zero-downtime. Your instance is upgraded in place with no action required from administrators.
What to expect during a deployment
- The platform may briefly show a maintenance banner (typically < 2 minutes).
- Active sessions are preserved through the upgrade.
- New features become available immediately after deployment completes.
On-Premise deployments
On-Premise customers receive release artifacts (Docker images + Helm charts) at the same time as cloud. You control when to apply the update.
