Azure DevOps Toolkit
The Azure DevOps Toolkit is a workflow node. Its tools include List Projects, Get Project, Search Work Items, Get Work Item, plus 9 more listed below. Create a connection before you use any of these tools. Type @ in a field when the value should come from an earlier step.
Authentication
Create an Azure DevOps connection before you use any of these tools.
Create a personal access token
- In Azure DevOps, open User settings, then Personal access tokens, then New Token.
- Grant Work Items (Read), Code (Read), Project and Team (Read), and Analytics (Read).
- Copy the token. Azure DevOps shows it only once.
Connect the token in EKB
- On the first Azure DevOps node, open Connection.
- Click + New.
- Enter a Connection Name.
- Paste the Personal Access Token (PAT).
- Enter the Organization name, such as
my-company, or the full URLhttps://dev.azure.com/my-company. - Select the new connection in Select saved connection.
Enter token manually saves the same credentials on that node instead of a saved connection.
