Jira Toolkit

The Jira Toolkit is a workflow node. Its tools include Get Jira Projects, Get Jira Users, Get Jira Issues, and Get Jira User Issues, plus 10 more listed below. Connect a Jira account before you use any of these tools. Type @ in a field when the value should come from an earlier step.

Authentication​

Every Jira tool needs a connected account before it can run. On the node, open Jira Account.

  1. Choose Use my Jira account or Use team account.
  2. If no personal account is connected, click Connect Jira Account and finish sign-in.
  3. For a team account, choose Use team account and pick one from Team account. The list shows accounts already connected for the project.

Delete Jira Issue​

FieldsNoComma-separated field names to return (e.g. 'parent,assignee,story_points,status'). Supports friendly names. If omitted, returns all fields but limits to 5 issues as a preview. Default is null. Type @ to select a variable.
Max ResultsNoMaximum number of issues to return. Default 100 (or 5 in preview mode). Set to 0 to fetch all matching issues (up to 1000). Default is null.

Get Distinct Jira Values​

Retrieves distinct jira values.

Aggregate Jira Issues​

Runs the aggregate jira issues tool.

AggregationNoAggregation type: 'sum' (default), 'count', or 'avg'. Default is sum. Type @ to select a variable.
Max ResultsNoMaximum number of issues to scan. Default 0 (all, up to 1000). Default is null.
