SharePoint Toolkit

The SharePoint Toolkit is a workflow node. Its tools include List Sites, Get Site Details, List Document Libraries, and List Folder Contents, plus 13 more listed below. Connect a SharePoint account before you use any of these tools. Type @ in a field when the value should come from an earlier step.

Authentication​

Every SharePoint tool needs a connected account before it can run. On the node, open SharePoint Account.

  1. Choose Use my SharePoint account or Use team account.
  2. If no personal account is connected, click Connect SharePoint Account and finish sign-in.
  3. For a team account, choose Use team account and pick one from Team account. The list shows accounts already connected for the project.

Tools​

List Sites​

Lists sites.

Get Site Details​

Folder IDNoThe ID of the folder item. Use this instead of folder_path for precise targeting. Takes precedence over folder_path if both are provided. Default is null. Type @ to select a variable.

Search Files​

Searches files.

Get File Metadata​

Retrieves file metadata.

Read File Content​

List Recent Files​

Lists recent files.

Get Folder Tree​

Retrieves folder tree.

DepthNoMaximum depth of folder hierarchy to retrieve (default: 3). Use lower values for broad overviews, higher for detailed trees. Default is 3.

Upload File​

Uploads file.

Create Folder​

Creates folder.

Update File​

Updates file.

Rename Item​

Runs the rename item tool.

Copy Item​

Runs the copy item tool.

New NameNoOptional new name for the copied item. If not provided, keeps the original name. Default is null. Type @ to select a variable.

Delete Item​

Deletes item.
