New Features

New Enterprise Toolkits

  • Zendesk Support — search tickets, retrieve ticket details, and update customer interactions from workflows.
  • Azure DevOps — 13 tools for work items, pull requests, pipelines, and repositories.
  • AWS EKS Observability — read-only visibility into cluster health, pod status, and resource utilization.
  • SigNoz — distributed tracing and performance monitoring for agent runs.
  • Hunter.io — 15 tools for finding and verifying email addresses, and for discovering and enriching companies and people.
  • ZoomInfo — search companies and contacts and enrich records directly from workflows.

Configure each one once in agent settings, then use its tools in any workflow.

Knowledge Base now supports knowledge graph and wiki search modes alongside the existing vector search. Switch between search types in the UI to explore connections between documents or search structured wiki content directly. The knowledge graph is also redrawn with a faster renderer for smoother pan and zoom, clearer node layouts, and configurable display settings, and the node detail panel now shows how nodes relate to each other.

Row-Level Security Policies

Control which rows users can see in Smart Tables with project-level data-scope policies, defined from user attributes or team membership. All queries respect the filters automatically, policy denials appear in the security logs, and Knowledge Graph statistics, grouped Smart Table views, and chat tool calls follow the same rules.

Anonymous Credit Limits

Teams can set a dedicated credit budget for anonymous usage — public chatbot widgets, published forms, and API keys — separate from member and project limits. Set a team-wide ceiling and optionally override it per project. Anonymous consumption appears as its own line item in billing reports, and visitors see clear messaging when the anonymous budget is exhausted.

Team Credit Utilization Alerts

Team admins can receive email alerts when their team's credit usage crosses configurable thresholds, so overages are visible before the cycle closes.

Export Chats

Download a transcript of any chat conversation as a text file. The export button appears in the chat interface and captures the full message history, so conversations can be archived or shared outside the platform.

SQL Database Export to Excel

Export SQL query results directly to Excel. The SQL toolkit can run any query and write the full result set to a downloadable .xlsx file, making it easier to share data with stakeholders who work outside the platform.

Autopilot Documentation Access

Autopilot agents can search and cite product documentation directly in conversations, on both cloud and on-premise deployments. Documentation syncs automatically to a dedicated knowledge base, with citations linking back to the source pages.

Project-Level PII Entity Configuration

Projects can configure which PII entity types to detect and mask, inheriting platform defaults or customizing the list per project. The settings panel includes select-all and unselect-all shortcuts, and warns when no entities are selected.

Generic PowerPoint Template Skill

Agents can generate branded PowerPoint decks from any uploaded template by discovering its placeholder structure automatically. Upload a .pptx to Knowledge Base and the skill finds the title and content placeholders regardless of their position or type — no hand-coding required per brand.

Improvements

Credit Limits Follow Your Team Billing Cycle

Per-user credit limits now reset at the start of each team billing cycle instead of on a rolling 30-day window, completing the change announced in 2.4.0. Usage counters align with your team's license period, making it easier to track and budget credits alongside your subscription.

Team SSO Isolation and Inheritance

Teams can now block platform-wide SSO configurations from their subdomain, so only team-specific providers are available. Sub-teams automatically inherit their parent's SSO settings, and teams can optionally require SSO-only sign-in, disabling local username/password authentication on their subdomain.

Public Chatbot

The public chatbot settings page has been redesigned with grouped appearance and behavior settings that persist across sessions. You can customize the focus color of the chatbot input field to match your branding, and the widget itself has visual and usability refinements — including correct iOS input behavior and message/image rendering.

Chat Experience

Drag files directly into the chat composer to add them to your upload queue. Chat history is organized into date sections (Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days), with starred conversations in a dedicated section at the top of the sidebar, and the Autopilot sidebar no longer shows an empty Recents header while chats load.

Integrations and Settings UI Refresh

The integrations and settings pages have been redesigned for clearer navigation and faster configuration, with related options grouped together and frequently used controls surfaced. Slack integration settings now show the bot name and a searchable channel and user list.

Skills Analytics for Super-Admins

Super-admins can see which skills are being used across the platform, broken down by skill, project, agent, and user. The dashboard tracks activation counts and trends over time.

Knowledge Base File Management

File selection and bulk actions in Knowledge Base — the table correctly tracks selected items across pages and multi-file operations complete without errors. Document downloads now handle storage errors gracefully, and folder destinations stay attached to a crawl.

Autopilot File Failures Are Recoverable

Autopilot workflows no longer halt when a file operation fails. Errors are surfaced with recovery options, so a run can continue or retry without restarting from scratch.

Team Invitations

Team invitations to both new and existing users. Admins can configure invite link expiry and resend invitations, and stale pending invites are cleaned up after a user's first sign-in.

Email Digests and Triggers

Email digest settings now warn when recipients exist but the frequency is off, show a retry option when settings fail to load, and state who an empty recipient list would mail. Email triggers require a connected mailbox before they can be saved or activated.

On-Premise Deployments

Deployments with credit tracking disabled no longer show credit expiry or consumption notifications, and password reset emails now respect the configured STARTTLS setting — including SMTP servers that do not support STARTTLS.

Toolkit and Connector Reliability

  • The PDF toolkit is now invoked in agent conversations when PDF files are referenced.
  • Password-protected PDF uploads are handled instead of failing.
  • Google Drive, Gmail, and other Google family toolkits share OAuth credentials when configured with the same account.
  • Toolkit connections keep their project scope when their OAuth tokens are refreshed automatically.
  • Workflow step ordering, live execution state, and the workflow variable picker in the tool and workflow editors behave consistently.

Resolved Issues

  • Crawler ingestion no longer stops silently on large runs.
  • Confluence sync handles empty parent pages on on-premise deployments, preserves tab macros and original tab titles, and normalizes URLs so syncs start reliably. Pages that fail during sync are cleaned up properly.
  • Google Drive files ingest into Knowledge Bases — shared files refresh in place instead of forking into duplicate rows.
  • Chat requests no longer fail when an agent's structured-output configuration points to a schema that has been deleted.
  • Invited users signing in via SSO on a team subdomain are no longer redirected to Access Denied when subdomain sign-ups are disabled.
  • Agent mode no longer overrides custom prompt configuration, and prompt formatting survives save and reopen.
  • Workflow undo and redo track changes reliably, including removing nodes that were just added to the canvas.
  • Workflow execution errors report the original failure cause instead of an internal reference error, and errors that occur before a run starts appear in a run-level banner. Workflow confirmation prompts respect the configured policy.
  • Workflow variables support drag-and-drop into the canvas and paste parsing, and the JSON editor scrolls correctly when content overflows.
  • View-only users can open workflows and see action execution history.
  • Personal and Project prompts respect edit and delete permissions, and the chat UI assigns the proper scope when prompts are selected from the library.
  • Smart Table columns clear status indicators and sync tool metadata when a column switches from tool output to user input, and large integers or decimals in numeric columns no longer overflow or truncate.
  • Smart Table exports with non-ASCII filenames (for example Korean) no longer fail.
  • Bulk row delete reports failure when the backend rejects the request instead of showing a false success.
  • Python sandboxes invoke entry points automatically and detect files written to /tmp as downloadable outputs.
  • Slack URL uploads reply in thread instead of posting as new messages, and Slack conversations stay in a single thread. Direct messages clearly state when a project key is required.
  • Tooltips respond correctly to hover, the profile popup appears in the right position, project names display without breaking the sidebar layout, and wide brand logos scale to fit their container.
  • Personalities, memory approvals, and toasts now display correctly, including single-approval enforcement for memory prompts.
  • Knowledge Base agents migrate correctly to V2 when cloned, preserving access control settings and cross-project configurations.
  • Agents transferred between projects remap nested project references instead of pointing back to the original project.
  • Knowledge Base uploads surface a clear error when a document fails to insert instead of masking it with a generic type error.
  • Database insert operations handle null or empty results correctly, and SQL toolkit error messages are preserved when no database is connected.
  • File status updates use the correct normalized path, and large binary files are no longer rejected during sync.
  • API tool configuration no longer crashes when the response example is a list.
  • Role-based API keys correctly respect their assigned role and data scope, and the project scope can be set from the UI.
