Projects
Open My Account → Projects to see every project on this team, with credit usage, allocation, and admin actions. This is the team-wide list — not the same as opening a single project's Settings → Billing.
Only team admins can open this tab.
Search and Export
- Search projects... filters the list by project name.
- Export Projects downloads a CSV of the team project list (name, owner, members, credits, queries, size, and timestamps).
If nothing matches: No projects found.

Transfer Ownership
Transfer Ownership moves the project to another team admin. You cannot transfer to a pending invite or to the current owner.
Edit Credit Allocation
Edit Credit Allocation sets this project's ceiling on the shared team credit pool for the current billing period — the same controls as Project credit allocation.
Typical options:
- Amount or Uncapped
- Optional alert thresholds when the project is capped
- Optional override for anonymous usage (public chatbot, public forms, project API keys)
This is a governance ceiling, not a separate balance the project owns. Unused headroom stays available to the rest of the team.
Delete a Project
Delete Project asks for confirmation, then removes the project from the team.
