Ask User Toolkit

The Ask User Toolkit is a workflow node. Its tools include Ask User. These tools run in the workflow and do not use a third-party account. Type @ in a field when the value should come from an earlier step.

Ask User tools do not use a connected third-party account. Add the node to the workflow and set the fields on the tool.

Runs the ask user tool.

Field	Required	Description
Questions JSON	Yes	JSON array of question objects. Two question types are supported: 1. Choice questions (type: "choice" or omitted): require an "options" array with at least 2 items. 2. Text questions (type: "text"): free-form text input with clickable suggestions. Common fields "id" (unique string, required) "prompt" (the question text, required) "title" (optional short category label) Choice-only fields "options" (array of {"id": string, "label": string, "description"?: string}) "allow_multiple" (boolean, default false) Text-only fields "placeholder" (optional placeholder text) "suggestions" (array of strings. Always provide 3-5 relevant suggestions for text questions.)
