Google Calendar Toolkit

The Google Calendar Toolkit is a workflow node. Its tools include List Events, Get Event, Create Event, and Update Event, plus 5 more listed below. Connect a Google Calendar account before you use any of these tools. Type @ in a field when the value should come from an earlier step.

Authentication​

Every Google Calendar tool needs a connected account before it can run. On the node, open Google Calendar Account.

  1. Choose Use my Google Calendar account or Use team account.
  2. If no personal account is connected, click Connect Google Calendar Account and finish sign-in.
  3. For a team account, choose Use team account and pick one from Team account. The list shows accounts already connected for the project.

List Events​

Lists events.

Get Event​

Retrieves event.

Create Event​

Creates event.

Time ZoneNoTime zone for the event (e.g., 'Asia/Kolkata'). Only provide this if the user EXPLICITLY asks to schedule in a different time zone. If omitted, the system automatically uses the user's correct local time zone. Default is null. Type @ to select a variable.
Create Google MeetNoWhether to create a Google Meet link for this event. Defaults to false. Default is false.

Update Event​

Updates event.

Create Google MeetNoWhether to add a Google Meet link when the event does not already have one. Defaults to false. Default is false.
DescriptionNoUpdated event description. Default is null. Type @ to select a variable.
LocationNoUpdated event location. Default is null. Type @ to select a variable.

Delete Event​

Deletes event.

List Calendars​

Get Free Busy​

Retrieves free busy.

Create Quick Event​

Creates quick event.

Add Attendees To Event​

Adds attendees to event.
