ZoomInfo Toolkit
The ZoomInfo Toolkit is a workflow node. Its tools include Search Companies, Search Contacts, Enrich Company, Enrich Contact, plus 11 more listed below. Create a connection before you use any of these tools. Type @ in a field when the value should come from an earlier step.
Authentication
Create a ZoomInfo connection before you use any of these tools.
Create API credentials in ZoomInfo
- In the ZoomInfo Admin Portal, open API & Webhooks, then API Credentials.
- Create a Client ID and RSA private key for a named API user, or ask an admin to create them.
- Copy the API user's login email, the Client ID, and the full PEM private key, including the BEGIN and END lines.
Connect the credentials in EKB
- On the first ZoomInfo node, open Connection.
- Click + New.
- Enter a Connection Name.
- Enter the Username (the API user's ZoomInfo login email) and the Client ID.
- Paste the Private Key.
- Select the new connection in Select saved connection.
Other nodes for this toolkit in the same workflow reuse that connection. To use another connection on one node, choose Configure different connection for this step.
Enter token manually saves the same credentials on that node instead of a saved connection.

Search Companies
Search companies by name, website, industry, size, revenue, and location.

Search Buyer Intent
Find companies and contacts showing intent on specific topics.
