Zoomin をナレッジベースに接続する

Zoomin コネクタを使用すると、マニュアル、リリース ノート、技術出版物などの構造化された製品ドキュメントをナレッジ ベースに直接取り込むことができます。接続すると、EKB により Zoomin コンテンツが完全に検索可能になり、AI エージェントがアクセスできるようになります。

Zoomin に接続する

1. Open Project Settings

   In your EKB project, navigate to Settings in the sidebar.

2. Go to Connections

   Select the Connections tab and find the Zoomin tile under Cloud Storage & Documentation.

3. Open the Zoomin popup

   Click the Zoomin tile. A popup appears with the option to connect Zoomin so agents can search product documentation, manuals, and release notes. Click + Add Zoomin Connection.

4. Fill in the connection form

   Enter the following details:

   Field	Required	Description
   API URL	Yes	The API endpoint of your Zoomin instance (e.g. PLACEHOLDER_0).
   Web URL	Yes	The web URL of your Zoomin instance (e.g. PLACEHOLDER_1).
   Bearer Token	No	A bearer token for authenticated API access. Required only if your tenant requires authentication.

5. Save the connection

   Click Connect to save. Once connected, the Zoomin tile on the Connections page will display a green dot and a count of your active Zoomin connections.
