2.6.0

New Features

Per-Team PII Masking

Teams can now configure their own PII masking rules in team settings, redacting sensitive data such as email addresses, phone numbers and credit card numbers from chat logs and workflow outputs. Each team's masking engine runs independently, so different teams can enforce different privacy policies without affecting each other.

This builds on the project-level entity configuration released in 2.5.0.

Chat Transcripts from Tools

Tools can now retrieve chat transcripts programmatically, including full message content and session metadata. Use it to analyse a conversation in a workflow, report on support sessions, or hand a transcript to another agent without a manual copy step.

Project Summary View

Every project now has a read-only summary showing its agents, workflows, Knowledge Base documents and Smart Tables in one place. The view loads quickly on large projects and updates automatically when project contents change.

Searchable Confluence Pages and Folders

Confluence pages and folders are now searchable from within the platform, so you can find and reference Confluence content without switching contexts.

Behavior Changes

Credit Limits Are Enforced Before Billable Work Runs

Credit limits are now checked before any billable work executes, consistently across Smart Table LLM columns, scheduled Knowledge Base syncs, recurring crawls and webhook-triggered workflows.

What changes for you:

  • Webhook-triggered workflows that are rejected for credits show a terminal failure state instead of remaining indefinitely pending.
  • Scheduled background jobs (syncs and crawls) respect credit limits before execution instead of consuming credits mid-run.
  • Smart Table LLM columns check your balance before processing each batch and measure the first row's actual cost to confirm credits remain available.

Automator v1 Stays Blocked by Default

The Automator v1 deprecation toggle is now exposed to super-admins in platform settings. The default does not change: Automator v1 API endpoints return a deprecation error unless a super-admin explicitly lifts it.

Automator v1 was deprecated in 2.4.0 and Workflows V1 was removed on October 16, 2026. The setting exists only to unblock a migration window. See Workflows V1 Deprecation.

Improvements

Chat Export Adds PDF and DOCX

Chat export now supports formatted PDF and DOCX alongside plain text, preserving Markdown formatting, tables and chart data. The export menu appears in agent chat, the Autopilot sidebar and public chatbots.

Following a deep link while logged out now returns you to that destination after signing in instead of the home page, including for expired or stale links. When an SSO session is still active, sign-in completes silently rather than prompting again.

Teams Bot Home Tab

The Teams bot now has a Home tab that shows the active project, with buttons to switch projects, list available integrations and open the web interface — the same experience as the Slack bot.

Knowledge Base Storage and Structure

  • Vector retention — inactive Knowledge Bases archive their vector search indexes after a configurable retention period, reducing storage use while keeping source documents and metadata. Archived indexes rebuild on demand when the Knowledge Base is accessed again.
  • Folder operations — listings load faster, renames keep nested content, empty folders can be moved, destination collisions return a clear error, and deep or cyclic folder trees no longer hit recursion limits.
  • Confluence sync — page hierarchy is preserved instead of flattened, crawl paths persist across syncs, and Knowledge Base items refresh when their source page is renamed in Confluence.

Administration and Audit

  • Smart Table audit logging — creation, modification and deletion of tables, columns and views are recorded in the audit log for governance and compliance.
  • Parent-team admins can manage nested descendant teams, not only direct children, within ownership and tenant boundaries.
  • Agent version tracking — chat history shows the agent version and environment (Test or Live) each conversation was created with.
  • MCP re-authorization — when a server rejects a saved OAuth token, the user is prompted to re-authorize instead of hitting a silent failure. Servers whose authorization server is hosted at a different address now work as well.
  • Team membership visibility — admins can see which teams each user belongs to from the admin interface.

Performance

  • /user/info average response time drops from 1.7 s to sub-second.
  • The agent list no longer re-queries default-agent templates, and the chat list reuses the project record already loaded for access validation.
  • Queue depth now reads pre-maintained task counters instead of scanning the database on every request.

Chat and Authoring

  • The ask_user prompt has a cleaner interface during workflow runs.
  • Python code blocks scroll horizontally instead of wrapping long lines.
  • Smart Table imports explain every column rename applied during sanitization, showing the original and cleaned name, and report rows skipped by skip_duplicates.
  • Odoo connection failures return actionable error messages.

Resolved Issues

  • Workflows and automation — Get Flow Result nodes run when the preceding Call Flow step fails with Continue on Failure enabled, and the child flow's error appears in execution history. Failed node attempts finalize, concurrent workflow edits no longer conflict, concurrent agent version saves serialize per agent, and trigger files can be passed to Python sandboxes with upload_file_to_sandbox.
  • Access control and permissions — the Autopilot chat inspector applies the same rules as the chat list, team database credentials are restricted to team admins, BYOK keys are hidden from non-admin members, and PII deletion tasks scope to the requesting project and scrub vector chunks in per-project tables.
  • Clearer, friendlier errors — invalid input, missing records and unsupported operations now return accurate, readable messages instead of a generic server error, across document comparison, Knowledge Base, QnA, chat, code execution and Smart Tables. Team credit transfers reject same-team operations, and Smart Table queries accept an explicit null filters value.
  • Chat input, uploads and layout — no crash with IME input (Japanese, Chinese, Korean), file mention chips render without fragmenting, queued messages no longer overlap the composer actions, the search modal scrolls when results overflow, and malformed attachments or form fields fail with a clear message instead of a server error.
  • Knowledge Base — re-sync handles files with null metadata, uploads retry after transient database errors instead of failing permanently, storage metrics reset when files are deleted, folder moves handle empty folders and destination collisions, folder listings no longer hit recursion limits on deep trees, and duplicate schedules or malformed IDs return a clear error instead of a server error.
  • Teams and projects — member lists include secondary team members, admins can remove members and change roles, team settings pages load when a user record is missing, project summaries load without Redis, and Knowledge Base folder counts display correctly.
  • Documents and spreadsheets — Excel copy, rename and bulk writes complete, formula blocks no longer error, meeting transcripts handle null timestamps, and search index rebuilds complete atomically.
  • Admin, billing and reporting — security log XLSX exports sanitize illegal control characters, Super Admin pages render correctly in legacy Chromium, Stripe portal links resolve, My Account appears in every navigation mode, usage reports complete when no users are on a Pro plan, and SSO assertions for enterprises without SSO configuration return a clean refusal instead of an internal error.
  • Agents — Valkyrie runs acquire their lease on entering the running state, so one run is processed by one worker, and approvals answered after completion no longer fail it; a SQL toolkit without a connection target is skipped instead of failing agent creation; agent profile images, quick-upload citations and Document Maker formatting render correctly.
