Project Settings
Project Settings is the central hub for managing every aspect of your project. From here you can configure project details, control member access, monitor usage, manage credentials, review activity logs, and configure how your knowledge base processes and syncs content.
Some settings tabs may be hidden based on your role. Contact your project admin if you need access to a specific section.
Accessing Project Settings
Navigate to your project and click the Settings icon in the sidebar, or select Project Settings from the project menu.
Project Settings
Configure your project name, visibility, sharing, PII masking, inline citations, and transcription provider.
Monitor usage, user activity, message feedback, and LLM performance metrics.
Add, manage, and remove project members. Assign roles and generate invite links.
View the billing period, team owner, and an itemized log of credit usage by member and action.
Manage project-level RBAC with default roles or create custom roles with granular permissions.
Generate and manage Privileged and Locked-Down Viewer keys for programmatic access.
Browse and export agent, personal, and project-level prompts. Create shared project prompts.
Manage plain-text workflow variables and encrypted vault secrets at project, flow, or run scope.
Browse, filter, and export a complete record of chat interactions within the project.
Full audit trail of all project actions including chats, file additions, and config changes.
Per-message debug log with LLM traces, tool call counts, token usage, and lifecycle events.
Knowledge Base Settings
The Knowledge Base section appears below the project tabs and controls how your knowledge base processes, embeds, and syncs content.
Configure chunking strategy, chunk size, overlap, enrichment, and apply settings to all documents.
Connect Google Drive, SharePoint, Confluence, databases, and other external data sources.
Configure automatic syncing on an interval or cron schedule, or trigger manual syncs.
