Odoo ERP Toolkit
The Odoo ERP Toolkit is a workflow node. Its tools include Search Records, Create Record, Update Record, and Read Record, plus 3 more listed below. Create a connection before you use any of these tools. Type @ in a field when the value should come from an earlier step.
Authentication
Create an Odoo connection before you use any of these tools.
- On the node, open Connection.
- If none is listed, open Settings → Connectors, choose Odoo, and click Create Connection.
- Enter a Connection Label, Server URL, Database Name, Username, and API Key.
- Return to the node and select that connection.
Tools
Search Records
Searches records.

| Offset | No | Number of records to skip. Default is 0. |
Create Record
Creates record.

Create Helpdesk Ticket
Creates helpdesk ticket.
