WhatsApp Toolkit
The WhatsApp Toolkit is a workflow node. Its tools include Send Message, Send Media, Send Template, and Custom API Call. Create a connection before you use any of these tools. Type @ in a field when the value should come from an earlier step.
Authentication
Create a WhatsApp connection before you use any of these tools.
- On the node, open Connection and choose Create Connection.
- Enter a Connection Name.
- Open Meta Business Settings, System Users.
- Create a system user with admin access.
- Generate a token with
whatsapp_business_messagingandwhatsapp_business_management. - Paste that token into System User Access Token.
- Copy the WhatsApp Business Account ID from Meta Business Suite into Business Account ID.
- Save, then select the connection on the node.

Send Message
Sends message.

Send Media
Sends media.

| Filename | No | Filename for document type media. Default is null. Type @ to select a variable. |
Send Template
Sends template.

Custom API Call
Runs the custom api call tool.
