Yahoo Finance Toolkit

The Yahoo Finance Toolkit is a workflow node. Its tools include Get Stock Quote, Get Stock History, Get Company Info, and Search Symbols, plus 3 more listed below. These tools run in the workflow and do not use a third-party account. Type @ in a field when the value should come from an earlier step.

Authentication

Yahoo Finance tools do not use a connected third-party account. Add the node to the workflow and set the fields on the tool.

Get Stock Quote

Retrieves stock quote.

Field	Required	Description
Symbol	Yes	Stock symbol (e.g., AAPL, TSLA, MSFT). Type @ to select a variable.

Get Stock History

Retrieves stock history.

Field	Required	Description
Symbol	Yes	Stock symbol (e.g., AAPL, TSLA, MSFT). Type @ to select a variable.
Period	No	Time period: 1d, 5d, 1mo, 3mo, 6mo, 1y, 2y, 5y, 10y, ytd, max. Default is 1y. Type @ to select a variable.
Interval	No	Data interval: 1m, 2m, 5m, 15m, 30m, 60m, 90m, 1h, 1d, 5d, 1wk, 1mo, 3mo. Default is 1d. Type @ to select a variable.

Get Company Info

Retrieves company info.

Field	Required	Description
Symbol	Yes	Stock symbol (e.g., AAPL, TSLA, MSFT). Type @ to select a variable.

Search Symbols

Searches symbols.

Field	Required	Description
Query	Yes	Search query for stocks/companies. Type @ to select a variable.
Limit	No	Maximum number of results to return. Default is 10.

Get Market Summary

Retrieves market summary.

Field	Required	Description
Region	No	Market region: US, GB, DE, HK, etc. Default is US. Type @ to select a variable.

Get Trending Stocks

Retrieves trending stocks.

Field	Required	Description
Region	No	Market region: US, GB, DE, HK, etc. Default is US. Type @ to select a variable.

Get Market News

Retrieves market news.

Field	Required	Description
Limit	No	Maximum number of news items to return. Default is 10.
